Operation Company

The FDS gemeinnützige Stiftung for the management of Felixx student goes back to the Fördererkreis Deutscher Studenten, which was founded in 1971. Even then, the association’s articles of association expressly provided for the construction and operation of student residences on a non-profit basis in addition to the general purpose of “supporting students at German universities and colleges”. In 2006, the registered association became the foundation in its current form.

Experience since 1971

Thanks to its commitment to date, the FDS has become a professional in the management of student apartments. As a non-profit foundation, it pursues its statutory objectives exclusively and has no intention of making a profit.
